Future Projections are UK representatives for the THX cinema certification programme, theatre alignment and recertification services. We are the only UK organisation to be factory trained and hold but the R2 and D2 acoustic analyser systems.
Outside the certification programme, non THX theatres can also benefit from having their rooms set up using THX equipment and techniques, sharing the quality of set up used in Hollywood and the West End's top premiere venues.

In 2004 THX completed a two-phase consumer research program. The key objective of this program was to assess the awareness of brand THX and the value of THX Certification amongst the movie-going public. PHASE ONE: Focus groups were fielded through an independent research company. These focus groups consisted of movie-going adults and teens in six strategic U.S. markets. PHASE TWO: A quantitative study was conducted over a three month period in a highly competitive U.S. market. The research was fielded before, during and after a market awareness program. This campaign focused on gaining a first-hand understanding of the general knowledge and attitude towards THX by the movie-going public.*Across all three surveys, more than 82% of participants had heard of THX
