3D systems for cinemas
We offer three technologies in 3D cinema systems.

1.Active glasses - arguably the best images from electronic LCD shutter glasses. Requires no special screen and portable between theatres
2. Dolby 3D - multi-colour filter system, again using a standard cinema screen
3. Polarised systems - Masterimage - using disposable low-cost glasses and a high gain screen

Active Glasses
The Key difference with active technology is that the brains of the system is in the glasses rather than the projector or an associated bolt on unit. Glasses are durable, not disposable, and are retained by the theatre (or maybe in the future owned and brought by the viewres – more later on this) . Some other key differences of active glasses
- Uses a White screen. Any screen – plasterboard wall is fine ! Not polarised light therefore the random scatter patternss of a white screen not a problem.
- Active glasses are Light efficient
- Transportable between screens. Emitters plugged in in seconds – means that you can run the film where and when you want it. Portability allows maximim use of the rescource.
- Works on any sized theatre and any shape theatre
- Systems can be rented, expanded etc with demand
- Most cost effective for small theatres
